Site & building planning
Civil layouts, architectural and structural coordination, surrounding areas and site access.
We plan the whole food and dairy factory: the building, hygienic production flow, engineering systems and spaces for your team.
Let’s build your factory ↗Explore a plant ↓From milk reception to hygienic processing and packing. A plant designed around your capacity, products and future growth.
From the site boundary to the production line. Civil, hygienic and engineering layouts planned together, including the spaces where your team works.
Civil layouts, architectural and structural coordination, surrounding areas and site access.
Hygienic zoning, drainage routes and cleanable spaces considered together in the factory layout.
Process equipment, production flow and people–material movement planned to reduce unnecessary crossings.
Electrical distribution, utility services and service routes coordinated with the process and building.
Refrigeration, cooling and cold-storage spaces planned around the products and production requirements.
Office layouts, interiors and staff spaces designed alongside the needs of the production facility.
Five planning stages. One connected project.
Then, support to turn the plan into operation.
Your product concept, target market, capacity and site become a clear project brief. Agree the boundaries before choosing what to build.
Compare process options, material requirements, utilities and indicative CAPEX. Review operating assumptions and funding needs before moving into design.
Develop process flows and the factory layout together. Connect civil and structural coordination with hygiene, drainage, people and material movement, offices and surrounding areas.
Develop equipment specifications, detailed P&IDs, electrical services, refrigeration, utilities and quantity inputs for vendor evaluation and execution planning.
Consolidate the project scope, technical basis, CAPEX, operating assumptions and implementation plan into a business plan for investment discussions. Revisit the case as design inputs mature.
After planning, support site coordination, installation readiness, commissioning and handover within the agreed scope. The drawing becomes an operating facility.
